Proteins are the most important components of our nutrition, because they are the building blocks of our cells
This list of high protein foods contains a general overview of the high protein ingredients you can use; generally, all types of fish, meat and milk products are good sources of protein.
Most of the time, we also derive the (essential!) fats that we need from these foods. Natural fish oil is better than frying fat. The less a fat is heated, the better it is. Plant fats are better than animal fats. It is preferable to use less fat for frying and to add cold-pressed olive oil afterwards instead.
